100 Push ups

Check out THIS site. I'm going to try this along with the other things I'm doing.

It's not going to be easy. I couldn't even do one regular push up :( so sad... but I will start with doing "knee" push ups and work up from there! GO ME!

This is cool! I think I'm going to do this too. I figure if I do the sit up, squats and push up challenges that should be a full body strength training challenge, then all I have to do is get up early to go for a walk and I'll have my cardio plan too. It is exciting, ambitious, and I hope I don't quit.
