Projects

Well, yesterday Trevor and his Dad, with a little help from his cousin, installed the front window! YEAH! But, it still needs the finishing stuff. I had to fill some holes today and now all the mud needs to be sanded, and re-mudded, and sanded and painted. Also, the outside needs to be finished. I'm not going to say our ideas on here until it's done, then I'll post pictures of the whole process. I want to get new window coverings, because the curtains we have up there are sun damaged and we've had them since we got married, which would be fine, but I need a change. But, I haven't expressed those feelings to Trevor yet, so we'll see how that goes.

Our bedroom window is above the main floor window we just changed, so it also has to be changed to match. We have the window, but Trevor's a little skeptical as to their ability to do a second story window that's so big. So, we're going to look at paying someone just to install that window. It might be worth it just to save Trevor's sanity.

Also, I painted the deck yesterday. Honestly, I don't love it. I may be able to live with it, just because I'm not sure I care enough to change it. But that's just how I feel now, I may change my mind. My neck, shoulders and back are KILLING me today! I'm fighting a migraine. It's just not fun.
