Where did you go?

I don't know where this week has gone to. I had to check over and over again to see if today was Wednesday. For some reason I missed Tuesday and have no idea what happened that day.

I have tons to do for Trevor's "surprise" party on Saturday. I knew it wouldn't be a real surprise party, because I knew he'd find out. He's just the kind of guy that makes it really hard for me to keep a secret from him. So, I was able to ask him what his favorite appetizer was, which is deviled eggs, without him figuring out that I was going to make it for his party, but he knew I was going to make them for his birthday. I just wasn't sneaky enough in the way I went about it. But, a good friend of mine spilled the beans, and yes, I forgive you.

So, I have to clean the whole house, make deviled eggs, and a cake, which I'm still keeping a surprise... for a little while at least. I'm not sure how it will turn out, but if I like it, I'll post it.

And then on Sunday, we're having the in-laws over for supper for fathers day. So I have to get ready for that. At least I only have to clean once. And I'll have part of the afternoon on Sunday to get stuff done for supper, so it shouldn't be too bad. I'm looking forward to both get-togethers.

I'm also hoping that Trevor will get some stuff done on the fence this weekend, but when?? I don't know.
