Day Eight/Happy Mother's Day

Today started with... ME SLEEPING IN!!!! Again!!! :) I have a wonderful husband :) Then after I got up and had breakfast (he tried to give me breakfast in bed, but I can't because of not being able to eat right after I take my morning pill) we went to the hot springs again. It was so nice again. Relaxing and fun. We didn't stay as long because the wind was picking up and it looked like a storm was coming. After we left, the storm turned south... so we would have been ok, but it was time to go, anyway.

We had lunch, I talked to my Mommy and Trevor talked to his Mommy. Then it was nap time. FOR ME!!! :D I laid down with Becca and we were both asleep in no time. But, we didn't sleep as long as the other day. Which is ok. Then we got up and all went to the park. We thought we'd try a different one from the other day, but when we got there, there was only a slide. So the girls went down it a few times, and we walked to the other park.

After a while we came back and made supper. Trevor BBQ'd steaks, and I tried to serve up the rest of the food in the fridge.

The girls and I hopped in the jacuzzi tub again and had some fun with bubbles. Now the girls are running around and getting some energy out before bed.

Yesterday at the pool Samantha and Brooklyn were getting dressed after we were finished and there were a couple little girls getting ready too. One said to Samantha, "Where's your Mommy". I was right there helping Samantha, so she said, "My Mommy's right here! We love our Mommy!" Samantha was quite defensive about it. I thought it was so sweet! Totally unprompted love from my child :)

I love you, Mommy! I wouldn't be who I am today without you! I couldn't have picked a better Mommy myself! I am so thankful that God gave me you, or gave you me :), and I always thank God for you! I'm also very thankful for the close relationship we share!!! I LOVE YOU!!!
