This is day one of our family vacation! It's going great so far. We're in Cowtown over night, and then we're heading to the zoo tomorrow. The girls did well in the car. Becca had a little harder of a time. She's got such a bad cough and it seemed like she coughed the whole way here. And then before the 1/2 way mark she was crying because she had to go potty. I was very proud of her because she didn't just go in her pull up. She waited until we got to the restaurant. Brooklyn and Samantha did great. They were all so excited to get to the hotel. They want to to live here! So cute!
We got here just before 8. The girls all laid down in bed and watched some TreeHouse. Then after a while we turned it off and they only talked for a little while. Trevor and I are going to try and sleep while they do, but it won't be easy.

woo hoo! I was hoping you'd be posting about your trip. Mike has already "checked your house" and yes, you still have water and a shower (thank goodness for him, because we currently do not have water at our house :() Thanks for letting us "keep your house safe and secure" while you're away.
